Should be made in writing by returning a completed booking form, together with the deposit
(or full payment if less than 6 weeks before the arrival date).
Payment Schedule :
30% of total cost as deposit on booking
Full balance and Security deposit required 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Upon receipt of Booking Form, plus cleared deposit, a confirmation of booking and receipt will be issued.

Refundable Security Deposit

We also request an additional separate security deposit of € 250,- to cover possible damages and in the event of no claims is refunded in full seven days from the date of your departure.
Security deposit and Full balance required 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.


All cancellations should be made in writing to the owners.
The following charges will be payable, based on the cost of the basic holiday.
More than 60 days before arrival date 10% Of Total Cost
60-30 days before arrival date 25% Of Total Cost
30 - 0 days before arrival date 100% Of Total Cost


Alterations to the original booking must be made in writing.
Every effort will be made to comply with the requested alteration.
However, if alterations are made 8 weeks before departure and cannot be catered for, the owners reserve the right to enforce the cancellation fee as detailed above.


End of stay cleaning: 50 euro per gite per stay.
Although we clean the gites before each letting period we do expect that the occupants of the gite should leave it in a proper way. This includes returning all furniture to its original position. The owners reserve the right to take an extra cost from the security deposit if this isn't done.


The maximum occupancy per gite must not be exceeded.
Infants and young children should be included when stating numbers in party.

Swimming Pool

Length 10m, Width 5m. Open from April/May to September/October.
For obvious safety reasons children may only use the pool under adult supervision.
Each gite has its own entrance to the pool, please keep the gates closed at all times.


We regret that no pets are allowed in high season.
Somme pets are allowed in low season.


Lettings are in high and mid season from saturday 4.00 pm to saturday 10.00 am (Low Season flexible changeover dates)

Central Heating

Included in the letting price.

Complaints Procedure

Any problems regarding the properties must be reported to the owners within 24 hours of arrival,
or within 24 hours of any fault occurring. The owners will endeavour to resolve any problems as soon as they are reported.


In no circumstances shall the owner's liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period.
The owners cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or damage to clients or any member of their party or any of their property whilst using the Gite, grounds, car park or pool.
The client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability, accident etc., since these are not covered by the owner's insurance.
Any dispute between the parties will be subject to French Law.

Completing the booking form implies knowledge and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

Party Leader

The person signing the booking form is deemed to be the party leader and is responsible for all member of his/her party adhering to these Terms & Conditions.
