General:

• Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time is before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the signed rental agreement and a 30% deposit.
• Provisional bookings are valid for only 8 days and become definitive only after payment of the deposit.
• The balance must be paid no later than six weeks before departure.
• Smoking is prohibited in the cottages.

Security Deposit:

Security deposit: €250,-
Upon your departure, after inspection and approval of all movable and immovable property, the security deposit minus any damages will be refunded.

Pets:

Some pets are allowed (only by arrangement).

Final Cleaning:

The cost of the final cleaning is €60. (see Terms and Conditions)

Flying:

Low-budget flights with Ryanair or Easyjet to Bergerac or Bordeaux.
Bergerac has a small airport, 5 minutes waiting for your luggage, and you're off.
It's only 30 minutes from here, and you can rent a car cheaply.

Bordeaux is another 2 hours' drive from here.
